01 Can I request a quote from you?

Yes, that is possible. We can provide you with a quote without obligation. You can submit a request using the quote form. You can also contact us by phone at 0318 – 43 23 50 or by email at verkoop@alberszeilmakerij.nl.

02 How long will it take before I receive a quote?

We aim to provide a quote within two business days. If this takes longer, we will contact you. You are, of course, also free to contact us yourself.

03 Do you have general terms and conditions?

Yes. Our terms and conditions can be downloaded from our website.

04 Can I make an appointment to discuss ideas?

Yes, you can. We would be delighted to assist you. You can make an appointment with us by calling 0318 – 43 23 50 or by sending an email to verkoop@alberszeilmakerij.nl.

05 Can I also pay via iDeal?

Yes, this is possible. The email containing the invoice includes a link to pay via iDeal.

06 Can I choose a delivery date myself?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible. When the products are ordered, we will communicate the expected delivery date to you.

07 Can I come by for repairs without an appointment?

No, this is not possible. If you contact us, we will make an appointment with you. This way, we ensure that waiting times are as short as possible.

08 Can you also assemble the products?

Yes, we can. We do everything we can to take care of everything for you. We would be happy to make arrangements with you regarding installation.

09 Do I have to pay for everything in advance?

No. Existing customers may pay in arrears. Our payment term is 30 days. New customers are required to make a deposit.

10 Can you also repair sails?

This depends on the material and the damage. If you send us photos by email (verkoop@alberszeilmakerij.nl), we will assess whether the sail can still be repaired. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

11 Will the products be delivered or do I have to pick them up?

The products can be picked up at our locations in Ede or Hoogeveen. We can also deliver the products to you. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to do so.

12 Do you also ship internationally?

Yes. We also ship our orders internationally at the customer’s request.

13 What is the delivery time?

Our average delivery time is 3 weeks.
