No. Existing customers are allowed to pay afterwards. Our payment term is 30 days. New customers, however, are required to make a deposit.

This depends on the material and the damage. If you send us photos by email (verkoop@alberszeilmakerij.com), we will assess whether the sail can still be repaired. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

The products can be picked up at our locations in Ede or Hoogeveen. We can also arrange delivery to your location. Please inform us of your preference in advance.
