More than three years ago, our customer Netcap International developed a method that makes it possible to cover an extendable trailer in a very simple way. The trailer is equipped with both a cover and a floor covering. A double rail system is used, which means that even in the maximum extended position, there is rail overlap.
This allows the system to be rolled up and down at any time by a single person. The trailer also has an extendable floor, which covers the gap created when the tarpaulin is extended. This protects the load from the elements. Another advantage of this concept is that it saves a huge amount of time after extension.
